Welcome to Our Patient Portal
The Patient Portal may be used to update your child’s contact or insurance information, send us messages, questions, or even request a future appointment or medication refill 24 hours a day. You may then check back through the Portal to retrieve our reply at your convenience. We will respond to these messages during regular office hours.
If your child is sick and needs an appointment today, do not request an appointment through the Patient Portal, but rather call the office at (816) 233-5959.
The Patient Portal is intended to send and retrieve information when it is convenient, and avoid having to wait until both can connect by phone.
In order to use this feature, we must have your e-mail address first so we can send you an invitation to create the login account. If we do not already have your e-mail address you may send us your e-mail address through the Contact Us section. In the subject line, be sure to write “Portal Request”.
