Billing is simple with us. We participate in most insurance plans and bill most of them for you. Although we will file your insurance, it is your responsibility to insure a response from the insurance company. For children who are on Missouri Healthnet, your child must have an active policy or DCN number on the day of service, or you will be billed for that day’s service. All co-pays are due at the time of the office visit. You are responsible for all billing charges not covered by your insurance. Please bring your insurance information each time you bring your child in to the office, especially if there have been any changes to your insurance plan.

If you have a question about how your insurance company has paid on your account, we might be able to help but you may also call your insurance company. We frequently must call your insurance company, as well, if we see a problem with how a claim was processed.
